What types of payment do you accept?

We accept secure payments by payment plans with AFTER PAY( Australian customers only) and Credit and debit card payments . 

All payments are processed through a secure server.

Do you have store locations or only an eCommerce store?

We still do not have physical store locations yet. We only sell online at the present time.

Do we have to sign for the shipment?

We do not require you to sign for the shipment.

Where do you ship the products from?

We ship from Australia with a lot of our stock or sometimes from our overseas locations including India, Singapore, China or Peru. We source from reliable vendors of best quality from around the world. We sample each item and even visit factories to ensure the best quality and sustainable practices.

How long until my product is shipped?

For our best sellers shipping within 15-20 business days from shipping date. Shipping occurs as soon as possible after payments received. Rest assured we will be sending you your tracking number as soon as it is shipped.

How do I use my discount code?

You can enter the discount code during the checkout process. Just go to your Cart (top right corner) and proceed to Checkout. Right below the cart items will be a Discount box, just enter your coupon code then click Apply. *We cannot apply the discount once an order is already submitted.The discount code should be placed before check out. You can still use the promo code on your next order. *Discount codes are also only valid one time use per customer.

How do I return and replace my item?

Where is my Order Confirmation?

The order confirmation email is sent to your email within 24 hours upon checkout. Please try to check you spam or trash folder as it may end up there as well. If you like us to resend the confirmation email, please request it from secretself463.assist@gmail.com .

What if I want to cancel my order?

 Most items are processed within 6-8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at secretself463.assist@gmail.com within 24 hours. Please check our Order cancellation Policy in Returns Policy for more information.
